A 7-week somatic journey into presence, replenishment, and deep rest

Unplug to Connect is a 7-week series of collaborative journeys through the interior of the body — designed to help you take the pressure off, breathe deeply, and replenish your attention.

This restorative break from the demands of the outer world gently brings you back down to Earth. We lie down, get comfortable, and relax into sensate presence by exploring varied streams of breath within a rhythm of movement and stillness.

A core aspect of this series is Non-Sleep Deep Rest (NSDR)— an essential ingredient in Somatic Expression for regeneration and renewal — recently brought into wider awareness by Stanford neuroscientist Andrew Huberman (YouTube talk HERE).

Each session builds upon the last, introducing a living repertoire of resources drawn from five foundational somatic technologies: breath, vocalization, contact, movement, and stillness. These tools can be called upon in daily life for ongoing self-regulation, satisfaction, and calm.

Throughout the series, you’ll receive potent practices for optimizing your body's natural competencies, especially those that support nervous system regulation.

All sessions are recorded and made available for download, allowing you to revisit them at your own rhythm and pace.
