Breathing Room is based on my research and practice into effective ways to collaborate with your body’s ability to self-regulate. Originally offered online almost daily during the first year of the pandemic to mitigate collective anxiety, this person-centered approach to body and being has been shared with people worldwide.

If you know at least 20 different ways to breathe, you are able to charge up or chill out at will.

These free online sessions consist of an introduction, a guided experience of 360 degree breathing with individual variations, and a Q&A.

These sessions also serve as an introduction to Embodied Mindfulness, a comprehensive somatic approach to the practice of full-bodied breathing for reducing anxiety and increasing well-being.
