This retreat is an immersion experience in body, nature, community and creativity. The overall intention of Embodying Nature is to amplify our embodied presence through somatic practice so we are more available and open to the gifts of the natural world - and our own nature. What is received from nature through our heightened sensitivity generates our innate creativity, resulting in abundant expressions of un-stylized dance, spontaneous song and authentic writing.

Jamie McHugh’s Embodying Nature protocol has been developed and refined over the past 30 years, making it accessible, inclusive, and easily adaptable for different environments and interest groups.

An individual consultation with Jamie online is included in the fees for transition and assimilation post-retreat.

Fees: Double room (two beds): €1,100 - Single Room: €1,300 for early registrations received with a €400 deposit by March 1, 2020

Double Room €1250 - Single Room €1450 for registrations after March 1

(50% of balance due April 1st; remaining balance due May 12th)

Fees include: Teaching, 8 nights of lodging and catered evening meal, audio recordings of theory and practices, and individual consult online with Jamie after the training.

Not included in fees: Breakfast and lunch, towels, and transportation.
